For starters in my Nutrex Lipo 6 Review I can tell you that it is mostly not a natural fat burner that contains limited herbal ingredients.

Bioperine 5 mg

Synephrine (Citrus Aurantium is the herbal name) This ingredient is extracted from bitter orange fruit. It has become the ephedra alternative that a large number of fat burners now include.

Synephrine is closely related to ephedrine (the main fat burning ingredients found in ephedra). While more studies are needed there are some studies that show this ingredient has some weight loss effects related to burning of fat and creating thermogenesis (heat) within the body.

Guggulsterones Better studied for it's effects on cholesterol there are some indications that guggul can possibly play a role in weight loss by affecting the thyroid and thyroid related functions. Many people who are overweight have a thyroid problem or a thyroid that does not operate to it's full capability.

There is also some indications guggul can help with acne and acts as an anti-inflammatory.

Yohimbe The studies on weight loss that have used this ingredient have been mixed. Some have show weight loss and others have shown no additional weight lost.

Caffeine we know caffeine is a stimulant and helped to make ephedra (ephedrine) work much better. It is probably included here to make sure you feel something when you take it and possible to try to increase the effects of the Synephrine. Caffeine by itself does not promote weight loss.

Bioperine is included simply to help the body better absorb the other ingredients. It has no effect on weight loss.

In conclusion - I think Nutrex Lipo 6 is a fair fat burner that of course could be much better with ephedra. Lipo 6 with ephedra is possible if you get The Black Market Report on Ephedrine.
